Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day maintenance of the food production facility, machinery and equipment.
- Handle all electrical maintenance, including panels, wiring, motors, lighting, DG, pumps and other electrical systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot food processing and kitchen equipment such as mixers, grinders, boilers, ovens, steam equipment, refrigerators, freezers, etc.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out on time.
- Identify equipment problems and arrange immediate repairs to avoid production downtime.
- Supervise electricians, technicians, plumbers and other maintenance staff.




- Maintain water supply, plumbing, drainage, pumps and other utility systems.
- Monitor DG, UPS, compressors, HVAC/cooling systems and other utilities, wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper records of equipment, maintenance schedules, breakdowns and spare parts.
- Ensure availability of essential spares, tools and maintenance materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment repairs and AMC services.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and without affecting food production or hygiene.
- Support the Operations/Food Production team during equipment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, fire safety and workplace safety requirements.
- Regularly inspect the facility and identify maintenance requirements in advance.
- Control maintenance costs and avoid unnecessary breakdowns and repairs.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports for management.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
