Position: Client Relationship & Sales Executive

Location: Fotokraft Studio, Dombivli

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client communication including calls, inquiries, and regular follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Clearly explain photography packages, resolve client queries, and guide them through the booking process
- Track and follow up on pending confirmations, payments, and shoot schedules
- Maintain accurate client records using Excel/CRM, including bookings, reminders, and follow-up status
- Ensure smooth coordination with clients from inquiry stage to final booking

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets / CRM
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
- Experience:



2–3 years in sales / customer handling

Job Details:

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM (depending on shoot schedule)

Weekly Off: 1 weekday (No weekends off)
