Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to oversee and expand our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in export sales within the ink, adhesive, or paper industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer relations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in international markets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.

- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and distributors.

- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales within the film, ink, adhesive, or paper industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel internationally as required.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
