Job Summary:-

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to oversee and execute industrial construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1). Execute industrial construction works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Supervise civil works including:

- Earthwork and excavation
- Foundations
- RCC works
- Structural steel foundations
- Industrial buildings
- Roads, drains, and utility works
- Finishing activities
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).

2). Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

3). Ensure construction activities comply with approved quality standards and project specifications.

4). Verify reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting before execution.

5). Ensure timely availability of construction materials.

6).



Identify and resolve site execution issues to minimize delays.

7). Maintain project documentation including inspection records, work permits, and site reports.

8). Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams for smooth project execution.

9). Ensure work is completed within budget and scheduled timelines.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of RCC and structural works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Valuable planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD
- MS Excel
- MS Project

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
