Job Summary

Responsible for accurate packing of bakery and food products, maintaining proper product identification and quantities, and entering daily production and packing data accurately into the required records or system.

Key Responsibilities

- Pack finished products according to company standards and hygiene requirements.
- Check product quantity, quality, labels, dates, and packaging before dispatch.
- Ensure proper sealing and safe handling of packed products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packing area.
- Record daily production, packing, and dispatch quantities accurately.
- Enter production and packing data into Excel, software, or other company records.
- Maintain proper records of stock received, packed, and dispatched.
- Cross-check physical quantities with system/recorded quantities.
- Report shortages, damages, wrong quantities, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Prepare and maintain daily packing and production reports.
- Coordinate with the production and store teams for smooth operations.
- Follow company rules, food safety standards, and workplace procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Production In-Charge or Management.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / equivalent.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Previous experience in bakery, food production, packing, or data entry will be an advantage.

Working Conditions

The employee will be required to work in a bakery production and packing environment and may be required to work in shifts depending on production requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
