The Regional Sales Manager – Head is responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, distributor management, and team leadership across the assigned region.

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
- Build robust relationships with key distributors and retail partners.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years of FMCG sales experience.
- At least 4 years in a regional leadership role.
- B2B sales/B2C sales
