Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible DTF Machine Operator to operate and maintain DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing equipment. The operator will be responsible for preparing print files, operating the DTF printer, managing film and powder processes, maintaining print quality, and ensuring production targets are achieved on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate DTF printing machines safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and check artwork/files before printing.
- Set correct print size, resolution, color settings, and print parameters.
- Load and handle DTF film correctly.
- Monitor white ink circulation and ensure proper ink flow.
- Operate DTF powder application and curing equipment.
- Check printed film for color accuracy, sharpness, alignment, and defects.
- Maintain consistent print quality throughout production.
- Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of the DTF printer.
- Clean printheads, dampers, wipers, capping stations, and other machine components as required.
- Monitor ink levels and replace/refill consumables when required.
- Identify common printing problems such as banding, color variation, ink blockage, poor white coverage, and powder-related issues.
- Maintain proper curing temperature and process settings.
- Keep the printing area clean and organized.
- Maintain production records, wastage records, and machine maintenance logs.




- Coordinate with the design and production teams to complete orders on schedule.
- Follow company safety and quality-control procedures.

Required Skills

- Previous experience operating DTF printing machines is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of DTF printing, DTF film, inks, powder, and curing.
- Knowledge of basic artwork and printing file formats.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot common DTF printing issues.
- Good attention to detail and color accuracy.
- Ability to work under production deadlines.
- Responsible handling of machines, inks, films, and consumables.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn new machines and printing techniques.

Qualifications

- 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
- Technical or printing experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Working Conditions

- Full time production role.
- Must be comfortable working around printing equipment, inks, DTF powder, and curing machines.
- Personal protective equipment and workplace safety procedures must be followed.

Performance Expectations

- Maintain high-quality prints with minimum wastage.
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain proper machine cleanliness and maintenance.
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Salary: ₹9000 to 12000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Benefits: Bonus eligibility upon completion of one calendar year of service.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
