Chef cum Service cum Supervisor – Hospital Kitchen

Jain Multispeciality Hospital, Khanna is looking for an experienced and responsible Chef cum Service cum Supervisor to manage our hospital kitchen operations.

Position:

Chef cum Service cum Supervisor

Experience:

5–10 years
Hospital/Healthcare kitchen experience preferred

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare hygienic, nutritious and good-quality meals as per hospital requirements.
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure timely preparation and serving of food.
- Manage kitchen staff and allocate duties effectively.
- Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Monitor food quality, taste, portion size and presentation.
- Maintain proper stock of food items, ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of kitchen resources.
- Coordinate with hospital staff regarding patient/staff meal requirements.




- Ensure compliance with hospital food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain kitchen records, stock registers and daily meal/service requirements.
- Handle staff discipline and ensure proper grooming and uniform standards.
- Report any kitchen-related issues to the Administration.

Candidate Requirements:

- 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a hospital kitchen will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation and kitchen safety.
- Ability to supervise and manage kitchen staff.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
- Ability to work in shifts as required.
