Xponance Media is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with 3–4 years of professional experience, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of visual storytelling, social media content, short-form videos, motion graphics, and digital advertising. You will work closely with our creative, content, and marketing teams to produce engaging video content for a variety of brands and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, corporate films, brand videos, and ad creatives.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, transitions, sound effects, music, and color grading to enhance the overall quality of videos.
- Develop compelling visual narratives while maintaining strong pacing, storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with creative, content, social media, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual content.
- Manage, organize, and maintain video assets, project files, footage, and editing resources.
- Ensure projects are completed and delivered within deadlines and according to required specifications.
- Keep up with the latest social media trends, editing styles, visual formats, and platform requirements.

Requirements





- 3–4 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Knowledge of Final Cut Pro or other editing software is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, sound design, transitions, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience creating content specifically for social media and digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of motion graphics, animation, color correction, and color grading.
- Ability to adapt editing styles according to different brands, audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work is preferred.
