Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex projects.
- Ability to ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to standards.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and troubleshooting in custom software environments.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.
