Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial analysis while gaining practical exposure to various aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Support preparation and review of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial transactions.
- Support statutory compliance activities, including GST, TDS, and other applicable requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements and clarifications.
- Assist in internal and statutory audit activities.
- Identify discrepancies and support corrective actions.
- Perform financial analysis and provide relevant information to the management.
- Undertake other finance and accounting responsibilities as assigned.
Eligibility
- CA Fresher / Recently Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
