Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or Postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing. Google, Meta and Analytics certifications preferred

Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital marketing. Minimum 5+ years of experience managing and leading large, high-performing teams.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing and performance marketing activities for a premium jewellery retail business. The candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue, customer acquisition, brand growth, and store footfall through effective digital strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.

- Manage performance marketing and brand campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

- Drive ROAS, revenue, leads, customer acquisition, and store visits.

- Plan and manage large digital marketing budgets of ₹25–50 Cr+ annually.

- Optimize campaigns based on performance, ROI, and business objectives.

- Plan high-impact campaigns for festivals, weddings, product launches, and other peak retail periods.

- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Max, YouTube, Search, and Display campaigns.

- Use GA4,



Google Tag Manager, CRM, and analytics tools to measure campaign performance.

- Develop dashboards and reports for management review.

- Work with retail and regional teams to increase store footfall and local demand.

- Manage digital marketing agencies, creative agencies, and other external partners.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal digital marketing team.

- Work closely with Brand, E-commerce, Retail, CRM, IT, and Finance teams.

Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Good knowledge of GA4, GTM, CRM, attribution, and marketing analytics.

- Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.

- Experience in retail, jewellery, luxury, fashion, FMCG, or multi-location businesses is preferred.

- Robust leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
