Sales Executive – Swimming Pool Equipment (South India)

Hydrovista Pools, an authorized dealer of Hayward® USA swimming pool equipment, is expanding across South India. We import and warehouse in Chennai and distribute a complete range — pumps, filters, salt chlorinators, automation, heat pumps, and lighting — to pool builders, contractors, resorts, hotels, and equipment traders. We're hiring a Sales Executive to build and grow our B2B dealer and contractor network across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh.

The Role
Own B2B sales and business development across South India. Build and manage a network of pool contractors, builders, consultants, architects, resorts, hotel chains, and equipment traders/dealers, and convert those relationships into wholesale orders for the Hayward range. The role involves regular travel across the southern states for client meetings, site and project visits, negotiation, and closing orders. Technical support is provided by our product team — your focus is relationships and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and develop new business across South India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh)
- Identify and build relationships with pool builders, contractors, consultants, architects, resorts, hotel chains, and equipment traders/dealers
- Promote wholesale supply of Hayward pool equipment to the trade
- Travel across the southern states to grow and service the dealer/contractor network
- Recommend suitable products with support from the technical team
- Negotiate pricing,



close orders, and manage the sales pipeline end to end
- Represent Hydrovista at industry events and expos
- Report market feedback on demand, pricing, and competition

Who We're Looking For

- 3+ years of B2B or field sales experience — ideally in swimming pools, but we equally welcome candidates from building materials, tiles & sanitaryware, water treatment, MEP, HVAC, or construction supply
- An existing contact database / network of contractors, consultants, architects, builders, or project clients in South India — this is the single biggest advantage you can bring
- Comfortable travelling regularly across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated and target-driven
- Fluency in English and Hindi and/or South Indian regional languages (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu)
- Bachelor's degree preferred; a technical or engineering background is a plus
- Valid driving licence
