- Contact potential students through outbound calls based on the provided leads/database.
- Effectively communicate course offerings, key features, and program benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Identify and understand the specific needs and aspirations of students to recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Follow up regularly with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email until successful conversion or closure.
- Accurately maintain daily records of calls, leads, and conversion status in internal tracking tools or CRM systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned targets for daily calls, lead conversions, and enrollments.
- Stay well-informed about all current and upcoming courses, pricing plans, offers, and company services.
