Job Summary

Supreme Geotech is looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant and professional personality, and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management. Candidates having experience in event marketing or event management will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.

· Generate leads through networking, references, social media, and other sources.

· Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.





· Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations with prospective clients.

· Follow up with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into business.

· Event Marketing Experience – Added Advantage

Required Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Confident and professional personality.

· Solid presentation and interpersonal skills.

· Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

· Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.

· Ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior management.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events, if required.

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
