Position: Desktop Support Engineer – L2 Level

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Hardware assembly and troubleshooting for Desktops, Laptops, and Accops Thin Client machines.
- Installation and configuration of Windows OS and hardware drivers.
- L1 level networking support and basic network troubleshooting.
- Printer and scanner installation and troubleshooting.
- Installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 applications and Outlook.
- Installation and support of office-related and third-party applications.
- Raising tickets for Internet / Leased Line (LL) downtime issues and coordinating with vendors.
- Preparing and maintaining daily SOS reports.
- Antivirus installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Raising OEM hardware-related tickets and coordinating for issue resolution.
- Desktop security hardening and performing regular Windows patch updates.
- Maintaining system, laptop, and IT asset inventory with proper labeling in Excel (mandatory).

Experience Required: 1–3 Years in Desktop Support / IT Support.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
