We are looking for an energetic and experienced IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter who can independently source, screen, and coordinate candidates for multiple technical, digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology-related positions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on recruitment experience hiring professionals in areas such as Digital Marketing, SEO, E-commerce, Full-Stack Development, Python Development, AI/ML, and other technical roles.

This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, robust candidate sourcing abilities, and the confidence to coordinate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, SEO, and Technical roles.
- Recruit candidates for positions such as:
- SEO Executive / SEO Manager
- Digital Marketing Executive / Manager
- Google Ads / PPC Specialist
- Social Media Manager
- E-commerce Executive / Manager
- Shopify Specialist
- Full-Stack Developer
- Python Developer
- AI Engineer / AI Developer
- Automation Specialist
- Other technical and digital roles
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Upwork, job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and relevant industry background.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidates' communication skills, experience, job stability, and suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback collection,



and the overall recruitment pipeline.
- Maintain an organized candidate database and regularly update recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with HR, Hiring Managers, Developers, Digital Marketing Teams, SEO Teams, and other cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely hiring.
- Support recruitment planning for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates for future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in IT Recruitment, Technical Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates for IT and technical positions.
- Experience recruiting for Digital Marketing, SEO, E-commerce, Full-Stack Developer, Python Developer, AI Engineer, or similar technical roles will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Upwork, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of technical job roles and the ability to differentiate between relevant and irrelevant candidate profiles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate screening and interview coordination skills.




- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and hiring managers.
- Valuable organizational, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience hiring for a Digital Marketing Agency, IT Company, Software Development Company, E-commerce Company, or Technology Startup.
- Experience sourcing candidates for both technical and digital marketing roles.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple open positions.
- Strong ownership, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Experience supporting or coordinating recruitment activities across multiple teams will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
