Candidate with 5 years experience In Plastic Injection moulding Production

Key Responsibilities

- Set up injection moulding machines, moulds, tools, and auxiliary equipment as per production requirements.
- Mould loading , unloading and Maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve moulding issues such as flash, short shots, burn marks, warpage, and dimensional defects.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance of machines, moulds, and tools.
- Monitor product quality using visual inspection and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges,Polariscope ).
- Coordinate with maintenance team for major repairs or breakdowns.
- Document process parameters and maintain accurate production logs.
- Optimize cycle times and reduce material wastage.




- Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime.
- Follow plant safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and machine safety procedures.
- Ensure moulds and equipment are handled safely using cranes or hoists.
- Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, cycle time) to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform start-up, shut-down, and change-over procedures safely and efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
