Lunetron is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about education, enjoy interacting with students, and have experience in sales, business development, or academic counseling.

As a Business Development Associate, you will connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them in choosing the most suitable training programs and certification courses. You will be responsible for counseling students, explaining course offerings, handling inquiries, following up with leads, and assisting them throughout the enrollment process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Educational Sales, Academic Counseling, Student Admissions, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
- Strong interest in education, career counseling, and helping students choose the right training programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand students' career goals and recommend suitable training or certification programs.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote work environment.




- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective students.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Counsel students about our training programs, internships, certification courses, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements to recommend the most suitable program.
- Explain course curriculum, training process, certifications, fees, and career benefits.
- Follow up with interested students and guide them through the enrollment and admission process.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments while achieving monthly admission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and provide excellent pre-enrollment support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and daily activities using CRM or MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the training and operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
- Participate in webinars, online counseling sessions, career guidance events, and promotional activities when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and our training programs to effectively guide students.

Training & Compensation
2-Month Paid Training ( Selected candidates will receive a Up-To ₹15,000 stipend for the complete 2-month training period, paid during the training. )

After Successful Training: Selected candidates will be offered a Full time Business Development Associate position with a salary of Up-To ₹15,000 per month, based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
