Job Description

Key Role & Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, technical requirements, scope documents, process flows, and use cases.
- Conduct analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Assist in the development of business cases and project plans.
- Support project implementation, coordinate with the team and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders.

Core Skill Sets:

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Decent understanding of agile software development, best practices, coding standards and more.
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and best practices.




- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
