Telecaller / Calling Executive
We are looking for Telecaller / Calling Executives to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and explain our products/services.
Handle customer queries and provide the required information.
Follow up with customers through phone calls.
Maintain basic records of calls and customer details.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Basic Hindi speaking ability; knowledge of English is an advantage.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates should be responsible, polite and confident while speaking with customers.
Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹16,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
