Role: HR Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Employee onboarding & documentation
- Attendance and payroll coordination
- Salary sheet validation and HRMS management
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- PF & ESIC coordination
- FNF processing and documentation
- Offer letter, relieving letter & HR documentation management
- Police verification coordination
- Branch coordination and operational support

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and documentation management




- Basic payroll and compliance knowledge
- Good Excel and HRMS handling skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and operational pressure

Preferred Profile:

- Candidate with experience in multi-branch HR operations
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset
- Good employee handling capabilities

Qualification Required:

- Graduate (Mandatory)
- MBA / PGDM in HR will be preferred

Experience Required:

- 1–3 Years (HR Operations / Payroll / Employee Coordination preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
