About the Role

Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales & Billing Executive to deliver an outstanding shopping experience while managing billing operations accurately. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert customer enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and provide a professional shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gifts, gift hampers, handicrafts, corporate gifts, and customized gifting solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective customer interaction and product knowledge.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers in selecting products based on their budget and requirements.
- Generate accurate bills, invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods accurately.
- Maintain billing records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Coordinate with the packing, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order completion.
- Assist with product display, showroom presentation, and stock arrangement.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure excellent after-sales service.




- Maintain daily sales reports and billing records.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent Malayalam is required. Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Experience in retail sales, billing, POS systems, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.

Additional Responsibilities

- Candidate should be willing to assist important customers after office hours through phone calls or WhatsApp whenever required.
- During festival seasons and bulk corporate order periods, additional working hours may be required to ensure timely customer service and order completion.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock availability.
- Coordinate closely with the enquiry, inventory, packing, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Represent the Angroos brand with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first approach at all times.
