Position: Health Insurance Sales Executive
Salary: Rs. 35,000 per month
Monthly Target: 10-12 Successful Insurance Policies
Trial Period: 3 Days
Trial Target: Minimum 1 Successful Insurance Sale
Lead Source: Self-Generated Leads

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a self-driven and target-oriented Health Insurance Sales Executive who can independently generate leads, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert them into successful health insurance policies.

This is a self-generated lead sales role, where the candidate will be responsible for sourcing and developing their own customer leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Independently generate and source potential customer leads through personal networking, references, calling, online channels, and other relevant sources.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their health insurance requirements.
- Explain health insurance plans, coverage, benefits, features, and key terms in a clear and qualified manner.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend the most suitable health insurance plan according to their needs and budget.
- Compare plans from different insurance companies and explain their key advantages, benefits, coverage, and value proposition.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Convert self-generated leads into successful health insurance policies.




- Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve the monthly target of 10-12 successful insurance policies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to independently generate leads and build a customer pipeline.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Strong customer handling and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to explain and compare insurance products effectively.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or direct sales will be preferred.

3-DAY TRIAL PERIOD

The candidate will undergo a 3-day performance-based trial period.

During these 3 days:

- The candidate must generate at least 1 successful health insurance sale through self-generated leads.
- The company will not provide leads.
- The candidate will be responsible for generating their own leads and converting them into sales.
- Candidates who demonstrate the required sales capability and achieve the trial target will be considered for continuation in the role.

COMPENSATION AND TARGET

Salary: Rs. 35,000 per month
Monthly Target: 10-12 Successful Insurance Policies
Lead Source: Self-Generated Leads
Trial Period: 3 Days
Trial Target: Minimum 1 Successful Sale in 3 Days
