Nischitha Properties Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable properties, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, leads, referrals, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and available options to customers.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
- Follow up regularly with prospective buyers and maintain accurate lead records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Stay updated on property projects, market trends, pricing, and competitors.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or business development will be an advantage.
