We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead with strong hands-on expertise in C#/.NET, Angular, SQL Server, T-SQL, and Microsoft Azure.

- 8+ Years of experience from *US IT Healthcare domain*

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor, and guide a team of full-stack developers while ensuring eAective delivery of projects.

2. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#/.NET and Angular.

3. Perform hands-on coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and technical problem solving.

4. Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including complex queries, views, functions, and expert-level stored procedures.

5. Perform T-SQL optimization, indexing, query tuning, and database performance optimization.

6. Design and develop solutions using Azure App Services and Azure Functions.

7. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, security practices, and development best practices.

8. Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, Project Management, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

9. Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable application designs.

10. Troubleshoot application, database, integration, and production issues and drive them to resolution.

11. Participate in architecture and technical discussions and provide recommendations on technology and implementation approaches.

12. Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

13. Support deployment, release management, production support, and continuous improvement activities.

14. Ensure eAective task allocation, sprint planning, estimation, and timely completion of development deliverables.

Required Technical Skills

- C# / .NET Strong development experience
- Angular Robust front-end development experience




- SQL Server Strong database development and administration knowledge T-SQL Expert-level knowledge
- Indexing & Query Optimization – Strong hands-on experience
- Azure App Services – Development and deployment experience
- Azure Functions – Development and integration experience
- HCC / Risk Adjustment – Knowledge preferred
- HEDIS / NCQA – Knowledge will be an added advantage Preferred Qualifications

8+ Years of experience from Healthcare domain

- Experience leading a team of software developers.
- Experience designing enterprise-level applications and APIs. Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of healthcare analytics, HCC/Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, or NCQA. Experience working in Agile development environments.
