We are looking for proactive and responsible candidates who can effectively manage teams and oversee daily operations for our AI Data Operations team. Candidates from a Management background (BBA, MBA, or related fields) will be preferred.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline (Management background is a plus) . Must be willing to relocate as per business requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in team management, operations, or leadership roles. Good communication skills in English, Hindi. Proficiency in Tamil or Kannada ( Both speaking and writing) . Solid leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer and reporting skills.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the AI Data Operations team. Monitor productivity, quality, attendance,



and task completion. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Resolve team and operational issues efficiently. Maintain performance reports and operational records. Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
