Center In-Charge / Operations Manager Nirman Academy – Kochi

Nirman Academy Kochi is looking for an experienced and responsible professional to lead and manage the complete operations of our academic center. Candidates with experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Educational Management, or Design Industry Operations will be highly preferred.

Preferred Profile

- Interior Designer / Architect / Design Industry experienced professionals preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience mandatory
- Strong leadership, communication, administration, and team management skills
- Experience in educational institutions or creative industry management will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise complete daily operations of the Kochi center
- Lead administration, HR, enquiry handling, admissions, and promotion activities
- Coordinate and monitor academic operations and staff performance
- Ensure proper student support, discipline, reporting, and follow-up systems
- Handle team coordination, scheduling, and operational planning
- Support branding, marketing,



and business development activities
- Maintain professional communication with students, parents, faculty, and management
- Ensure smooth execution of events, workshops, and institutional activities
- Prepare reports and monitor overall center growth and performance
