The Loan Process Executive is responsible for assisting real estate customers in obtaining home loans, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, collecting documents, tracking loan applications, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Guide customers through the home loan application process.

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan approvals.

Collect, verify, and maintain customer loan documentation.

Follow up with customers for pending documents and application updates.

Track loan status from application to disbursement.

Ensure compliance with banking and company policies.

Maintain records of loan applications, approvals, and rejections.

Support the sales team in achieving loan conversion targets.

Resolve customer queries related to loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly loan processing reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
