VIDEO EDITOR & SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

Real Estate Firm + Property Influencer Brand

We are looking for an experienced, highly creative Video Editor & Social Media Strategist who can take ownership of our complete social media presence across our Real Estate Firm and Property Influencer platforms.

This is not just a video editing job. We are looking for someone who understands content, trends, audience psychology, branding, storytelling and growth strategy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Video Editing

- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, Facebook videos and promotional content
- Create engaging property walkthroughs, project videos, educational content, talking-head videos and influencer content
- Add professional captions, motion graphics, transitions, B-roll, sound effects and music
- Create strong hooks and high-retention videos
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement and professional finishing
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos
- Maintain a premium and consistent brand style

Social Media Management

Manage and grow all major social media platforms, including:

- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- X / Twitter (if required)
- Other relevant platforms

Responsibilities include:

- Daily content planning and publishing
- Creating monthly content calendars
- Writing captions and content copy
- Researching hashtags, keywords and trends
- Scheduling posts
- Managing Stories, Reels, Shorts and regular posts
- Monitoring comments and engagement
- Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms

Content Strategy & Creative Planning

The ideal candidate should be able to:

- Build complete social media strategies
- Research competitors and successful creators
- Identify trending formats before they become saturated




- Suggest viral and high-engagement content ideas
- Create monthly and weekly content plans
- Develop different content strategies for:
- Real Estate Company
- Property Influencer
- Property Projects
- Educational Content
- Luxury Real Estate
- Investment Content
- Personal Branding
- Understand audience behaviour and platform algorithms
- Continuously experiment with new formats and creative ideas

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Candidates must have prior experience in:

- Video Editing
- Managing Social Media Accounts
- Content Strategy
- Reels / Shorts / YouTube Content

Real Estate, Luxury, Lifestyle or Influencer content experience will be preferred.

WORK DETAILS

Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Monday
Holidays: Fixed holidays every month
