Atmann App Private Limited is building technology-driven platforms in the *wellness, spiritual, healing and devotional ecosystem*.

The company operates digital platforms connecting users with trusted practitioners, healers and spiritual service providers, while also developing opportunities in the *e-commerce and D2C space* for wellness, spiritual and devotional products.

We are looking for a hands-on *E-commerce Executive* who can manage day-to-day marketplace operations, product listings, orders, inventory, pricing, promotions and online sales across major e-commerce platforms.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Marketplace Management

* Manage product listings on platforms such as *Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other relevant marketplaces*.

* Create and maintain product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, keywords and attributes.

* Ensure products are correctly categorized and listed according to marketplace guidelines.

* Monitor listing quality, product visibility and search ranking.

### 2. Order & Sales Management

* Monitor daily orders across marketplaces and D2C channels.

* Coordinate with the operations/warehouse team for order processing and dispatch.

* Track cancellations, returns, refunds and replacements.

* Ensure orders are processed within marketplace SLAs.

* Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

### 3. Inventory Management

* Maintain accurate inventory across different sales channels.

* Monitor stock availability and prevent stock-outs/over-selling.

* Coordinate with the warehouse/procurement team for replenishment.

* Maintain inventory and SKU-level reports.

### 4. Pricing & Promotions

* Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace offers.

* Update product pricing as required.

* Support marketplace promotions, discounts, coupons and campaigns.

* Identify opportunities to improve product margins and sales conversion.

Product Catalogue Management

* Create and manage SKU master data.

* Coordinate product photography, creatives and content requirements.

* Ensure consistency of product information across marketplaces.

* Identify catalogue errors and resolve them promptly.

### 6. Marketplace Advertising

* Assist in managing marketplace advertising campaigns such as sponsored product campaigns.

* Monitor campaign performance, impressions, clicks, conversions and advertising spend.

* Coordinate with the marketing team to improve ROAS and sales performance.

### 7. Customer & Marketplace Support

* Monitor customer queries, reviews and ratings.

* Coordinate resolution of customer complaints related to orders/products.

* Track negative reviews and identify recurring product/service issues.

* Work towards improving ratings, customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.

### 8. Returns & Reconciliation

* Monitor marketplace returns and replacement requests.

* Track return reasons and identify patterns.

* Coordinate with the finance team for marketplace payment and order reconciliation.

* Support reconciliation of sales, commissions, refunds, returns and marketplace deductions.

### 9. Reporting & MIS

Prepare regular reports covering:

* Daily/weekly/monthly sales

* Orders and units sold

* Product-wise performance

* Inventory

* Returns and cancellations

* Marketplace commissions

* Advertising expenditure

* Revenue and margins

* Top-performing and under-performing SKUs

### 10. E-commerce Growth

* Identify new marketplace opportunities.

* Research competitors and pricing trends.

* Recommend new products/SKUs based on market demand.

* Suggest improvements in product listings and conversion.

* Support the development of Atmann's D2C/e-commerce business.





## Required Skills

* 2–5 years of experience in *E-commerce / Marketplace Operations*.

* Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Flipkart Seller Hub.

* Knowledge of Meesho and other marketplaces will be an advantage.

* Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

* Understanding of SKU, inventory, order, return and marketplace management.

* Basic understanding of marketplace advertising.

* Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day operations.

## Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in:

* D2C brands

* FMCG

* Wellness products

* Spiritual/devotional products

* Handicrafts

* Home & lifestyle products

* Beauty & personal care

* Amazon/Flipkart marketplace operations

will be preferred.

## Education

*Graduate in any discipline.*

A degree/diploma in *Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field* will be preferred.
