Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Customer Service Executives to join our dynamic team at WatchYourHealth.com Pvt. Ltd. If you have a passion for helping people and solid communication skills, this role is for you!

You will be part of the Diabetes Helpline Team, providing post-sales support and services for CGMS(Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems) patients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat support
2. Address and resolve customer queries related to:

- Document verification and queries
- General product-related inquiries

3. Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of cases

Client is a leading pharma company that develops medical equipment, including Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems, pacemakers, Brain Therapy Devices & more.
You will be working as part of their after-sales Care Team.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Prior experience in customer service is preferred
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Basic understanding of healthcare or medical equipment is a plus (not mandatory)
4. Bachelors degree in science background
