Interior Designer & 3D Rendering/Visualizer

We are looking for a creative, technically strong, and hands-on Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer who can independently handle interior design projects from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate should have experience in designing residential and commercial/office spaces, creating realistic 3D visualisations, preparing working drawings, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and managing the project on-site to ensure that the final execution matches the approved design.

This is a practical, execution-oriented role. The candidate will be expected to personally oversee projects, coordinate with the employer/client, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders, and ensure timely and quality completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

- Design residential interiors, offices, commercial spaces and other interior projects.
- Understand client/employer requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Develop space planning, furniture layouts, material selections, colour schemes, lighting concepts and detailed interior designs.
- Prepare mood boards, design concepts, presentations and material specifications.
- Create accurate and realistic 3D models and renders for design visualisation and approvals.
- Make design revisions based on feedback and ensure the final design is practical and executable.

Technical Drawings & Documentation

- Prepare detailed 3D Visuals, 2D layouts, working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, flooring plans and elevation drawings as required.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications and quantity estimates wherever required.
- Ensure drawings and designs are accurate and suitable for actual site execution.
- Coordinate design details with contractors, carpenters, electricians,



plumbers and other vendors.

Project Management & Site Execution

- Take responsibility for projects from design stage through final execution and handover.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise ongoing interior work.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers and workers.
- Ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines, material procurement, workmanship and site progress.
- Identify and resolve practical design/execution issues at site.
- Coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Check measurements, material requirements and installation quality.
- Ensure that the completed project matches the approved design and specifications.

Client/Employer Coordination

- Understand requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Present design concepts, 3D renders, materials and execution plans.
- Communicate project progress, challenges and timelines clearly.
- Incorporate feedback while maintaining design feasibility and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and at least one professional 3D design/rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render or similar.
- Positive understanding of space planning, furniture, materials, lighting, electrical and civil/interior execution.
- Ability to read and prepare technical/working drawings.




- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, fixtures and construction methods.
- Practical understanding of on-site execution and project management.
- Good vendor, contractor and manpower coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare and understand BOQs and cost estimates is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Portfolio of previous residential/commercial projects is required.
