Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Student Recruitment

- Develop and execute country-wise strategies to achieve international student admission targets.
- Identify, develop and penetrate potential international markets across SAARC, Africa, South-East Asia, Middle East and other emerging regions.
- Generate quality international leads through consultants, digital campaigns, institutional partnerships and student referrals.
- Ensure effective conversion of leads into applications, offer letters and confirmed admissions.

International Consultant & Partner Network

- Identify, appoint and manage international education consultants and recruitment partners.
- Develop a strong country-wise consultant network and maintain productive relationships.
- Monitor consultant performance, conversion ratios and admission quality.
- Negotiate and execute MoUs with international recruitment partners.

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

- Establish collaborations with overseas schools, colleges, universities and educational organizations.
- Develop institutional partnerships for student mobility and academic collaborations.
- Explore new recruitment channels and creative international admission models.

International Marketing & Events

- Plan and execute international education fairs, seminars,



webinars and recruitment events.
- Coordinate overseas promotional visits and market development activities.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team for country-specific campaigns and lead generation.
- Strengthen the University's international brand positioning across targeted markets.

Admissions Operations & Compliance

- Supervise the complete international admission funnel from lead generation to student arrival.
- Ensure timely issuance and follow-up of applications, offer letters and acceptance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding of international students.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements related to international student admissions, visa documentation and FRRO processes.

Team Leadership & Reporting

- Lead and mentor the International Admissions team.
- Set KRAs, productivity benchmarks and performance targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports on leads, applications, conversions and market performance.
- Present strategic recommendations and market intelligence to senior management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
