Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers through telephone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customers' matrimonial requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Explain matrimonial services, membership plans, packages, and perks to customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into paid memberships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the matchmaking/operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and membership renewals.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity while dealing with customer and matrimonial information.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
