1. Greet customers and visitors in person or by phone, answer inquiries, and provide assistance and directions.
2. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments, and help keep the schedule on track by notifying staff of customer or third party witnesses arrivals.
3. Answer and direct phone calls, manage the front desk, and maintain a clean and organized reception area
4. Verify and update sample information in LIMS software with filling out forms, and maintain customer confidentiality.
