Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase patient awareness, strengthen the clinic’s brand presence, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for the clinic.
- Plan and manage online and offline marketing activities.
- Increase patient footfall through effective promotional campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate with the digital marketing team.
- Build relationships with corporates, schools, colleges, pharmacies, and local organizations.
- Plan and coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential referral partners.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for marketing initiatives.
- Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective promotional activities.




- Maintain and strengthen the clinic’s brand image in the local market.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare/hospital/clinic industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
- Knowledge of the Tiruppur local market will be an advantage.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
