Experience Required

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in immigration sales or visa consultancy
- Experience with immigration companies is mandatory
- Candidates without relevant immigration industry experience will not be considered

Positions & ResponsibilitiesBranch Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the branch operations
- Handle a team of immigration consultants and sales professionals
- Achieve branch revenue and sales targets
- Monitor daily performance and ensure business growth
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members
- Resolve client escalations professionally
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service
- Coordinate with management for business development strategies

Requirements

- 4+ years of immigration industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven record of achieving business targets
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Develop business in assigned territory
- Generate new leads and build strategic partnerships
- Manage franchise/channel partners
- Conduct seminars, events, and promotional activities
- Meet monthly revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and competitors

Requirements

- 3+ years of immigration sales experience
- Strong networking and business development skills
- Ability to travel when required
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Sales Manager





Key Responsibilities

- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Monitor daily sales performance
- Handle key clients and high-value cases
- Create sales strategies and improve conversion rates
- Conduct regular training sessions
- Maintain sales reports and MIS

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of immigration sales experience
- Strong leadership and sales management skills
- Excellent closing and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented mindset

Senior Immigration Consultant

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients for Canada PR, Australia PR, Europe Work Permit, Student Visa, Visit Visa, and other immigration programs
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales
- Maintain CRM and client records
- Coordinate with processing teams after client enrollment
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of immigration consultation experience
- Excellent knowledge of immigration programs
- Robust sales and counseling skills
- Excellent English and Hindi communication
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently

Immigration Consultant

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries
- Counsel clients regarding immigration options
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of immigration sales experience
- Knowledge of Canada PR, Australia PR, Europe Work Permit, Student Visa, and Visit Visa
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Customer-focused approach

Required Skills
