Position: USA Accounting Specialist
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Qualification: B.Com
Key Requirements
- B.Com graduate with strong accounting knowledge.
- Expert-level experience in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, Intuit & Gusto Payroll.
- Knowledge of USA accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Ability to maintain accurate accounting records and handle monthly closing activities.
- Positive knowledge of Excel and accounting-related documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good English communication and ability to work with USA-based clients/teams.
- Prior experience handling US clients or US-based accounting will be preferred.
Experience: Candidates with relevant USA accounting and QuickBooks experience preferred.
