Job Summary

LaRiSa Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive room and revenue sales for our hotel portfolio in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have solid relationships with corporate clients, travel trade, MICE partners, and other key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive room and revenue sales through corporate, travel trade, MICE, and other business segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate and travel trade accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for the hotel.
- Conduct regular client visits, sales calls, and business meetings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage existing accounts and ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and commercial terms with clients within approved guidelines.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business commitments.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends,



and business opportunities.
- Represent the hotel at relevant business meetings, trade events, and client interactions.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 4–7 years of relevant hotel sales experience.
- Strong corporate and travel trade network in Mumbai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and commercially driven.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
