Role Overview

Bridge clinical administration and patient care delivery by coordinating treatment plans, clinical workflows, quality audits, and inter-departmental care pathways to maintain high-quality patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Documentation & Assessment: Oversee the completeness and accuracy of clinical documentation, admission assessments, case sheets, and discharge summaries across assigned wards.
- Care Pathway Coordination: Coordinate multidisciplinary care pathways between attending consultants, resident doctors, nursing staff, and allied healthcare departments.
- Quality Audits & Safety Drives: Active participation in clinical quality audits, mortality and morbidity reviews, NABH compliance initiatives, and hospital-wide patient safety drives.
- Patient Query & Transfer Management: Address complex patient clinical queries, assist with family counseling, and streamline emergency bed allocations and clinical transfers.
- Clinical Protocol Enforcement: Ensure clinical teams strictly adhere to standardized treatment guidelines, infection control protocols, and hospital clinical governance policies.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: MBBS degree from a recognized institution with a valid registration with the State / National Medical Council.
- Experience: 1–5 years of clinical experience or hands-on involvement in hospital administration, clinical coordination, or quality management.
- Key Skills:
- Strong clinical acumen with a thorough understanding of hospital administration and clinical governance.
- Excellent communication, empathetic patient-handling, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and clinical workflow management tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
