We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Pre-Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate the pre-sales team, drive lead conversion, and ensure effective follow-up with prospective customers. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling, communication, and customer engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the Pre-Sales / Telecalling team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor leads, calls, follow-ups, and ensure effective lead conversion and site-visit generation.
Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and provide coaching to team members.
Ensure proper lead allocation, follow-up tracking, and timely updating of CRM/MIS.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads and scheduled site visits.
Analyse team performance and prepare regular MIS reports.
Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer queries.
Maintain high standards of call quality, customer engagement, and team productivity.
Required Skills:
Strong team handling and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and MIS reporting.
Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
Confident, proactive, and capable of handling a high-volume lead workplace.
BPO Team Leader / Telecalling Team Leader experience will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales will be added advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
