About the Role:

WORDO Clinic is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The role involves working with children to support their development, independence, and participation in everyday activities through individualized occupational therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct assessments to identify children’s developmental and functional needs.

* Plan and implement individualized occupational therapy programs.

* Work on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and functional abilities.

* Support children in developing age-appropriate daily living and self-care skills.

* Monitor and document each child’s progress and modify therapy plans when required.

* Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers regarding therapy goals and progress.





* Collaborate with other therapists and professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* Maintain accurate therapy records and follow clinic protocols.

Eligibility:

* BOT / MOT graduates.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

* Strong interest in working with children.

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

* Compassionate, patient, and child-friendly approach.
