Job Description – Cinematographer Cum Editor

Role Overview

Khubani is looking for a creative and skilled Cinematographer Cum Editor who can independently handle the complete video production process—from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of hospitality, food, lifestyle, events, social media content, and brand storytelling, with an eye for creating premium and engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Cinematography & Shoot

- Plan and execute professional video shoots for Khubani outlets, food, beverages, events, artists, ambience, and lifestyle content.
- Handle camera, lenses, lighting, gimbal, and other production equipment.
- Create high-quality Instagram Reels, promotional videos, campaign films, event coverage, and brand content.
- Capture food and hospitality visuals with strong composition, lighting, and movement.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative team to understand campaign requirements.
- Conduct shoots across Khubani outlets and other locations as required.

Video Editing

- Independently edit Reels, promotional videos, campaign content, event videos, and other digital assets.
- Create engaging edits with appropriate music, transitions, sound design, colour grading, and graphics.
- Edit content according to different social media formats and trends.
- Ensure all videos maintain Khubani's premium brand identity.
- Deliver multiple versions and formats wherever required.

Content & Creative

- Stay updated with current Instagram, Reels, YouTube, and hospitality content trends.
- Suggest new creative concepts,



shoot ideas, camera movements, transitions, and storytelling formats.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Creative Team to develop monthly content.
- Assist in planning content calendars and shoot schedules.
- Maintain consistency in the visual style across all Khubani outlets.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of cinematography, lighting, composition, and camera techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing software.
- Experience with professional cameras, gimbals, lighting, and basic audio equipment.
- Strong understanding of colour grading and sound design.
- Ability to independently manage a shoot from setup to final edited output.
- Good understanding of social media and short-form video content.
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, food & beverage, lifestyle, luxury, events, or entertainment brands will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
