Key Responsibilities:

Monitor OSS/Network Management applications in a 24×7 operational environment.

Perform Fault Management, Event Correlation, Alarm Management and Network Monitoring.

Monitor, analyze and troubleshoot network alarms and application events.

Perform alarm correlation, event analysis and fault identification.

Support Network Inventory and Service Provisioning activities.

Monitor application health, system performance and critical services.

Hands-on experience with one or more OSS/NMS platforms:

IBM Netcool / OMNIbus

Netcracker Digital OSS

BMC Helix

Nokia FlowOne





Oracle UIM

Amdocs OSS

Other Skills:

Positive knowledge of RHEL / Linux administration and troubleshooting.

Working knowledge of SNMP, Syslog, TCP/IP and DNS.

Basic knowledge of Oracle / SQL.

Understanding of REST APIs / API-based integrations.

Experience in application monitoring and log analysis.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
