This role reports to the Finance Director and plays a key role in maintaining fiscal health.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and bank statements using tools like MS Excel/ Busy Software.




- Ensure timely GST filings, TDS deductions, and compliance with statutory audits.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly closings, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Commerce/Accounting (B. Com./ M. Com.) or CA Inter preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in fintech or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Busy, and GST portals.
- Solid knowledge of Indian tax laws, and auditing standards.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills; Hindi fluency is a plus.
