Position OverviewThe Recruitment Manager International Recruitment will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire international recruitment operation of Continental Mercantile Corporation across India.The Recruitment Manager will lead a team of Recruitment Officers, who will in turn coordinate and supervise recruitment activities through Continentals offices, branches and recruitment network across India.The primary responsibility of the position is to ensure that all international manpower requirements received by Continental are effectively distributed, sourced, monitored and fulfilled within the required timelines and in accordance with client specifications.The Recruitment Manager will act as the central point of control for recruitment operations in India, ensuring uniform recruitment standards, accountability, reporting and coordination between the Head Office, Recruitment Officers and branch-level recruitment teams.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Overall International Recruitment Management
- Take overall responsibility for Continentals international recruitment activities in India.
- Oversee recruitment for all overseas job orders received from Continentals international clients.
- Study manpower requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
- Allocate manpower requirements among Recruitment Officers and offices based on sourcing capability and geographical availability.
- Monitor the progress of every active recruitment campaign.
- Ensure that recruitment targets are achieved within agreed timelines.




- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and immediately implement corrective measures.
- Maintain continuous focus on candidate sourcing, selection and mobilisation.

B. Management of Recruitment OfficersThe Recruitment Manager will directly supervise the Recruitment Officers responsible for Continentals Pan-India recruitment operations.Responsibilities include:
- Assigning job orders and recruitment targets to Recruitment Officers.
- Setting daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
- Monitoring the performance of each Recruitment Officer.
- Reviewing daily recruitment reports.
- Conducting regular performance reviews.
- Guiding Recruitment Officers on sourcing strategies and recruitment methods.
- Ensuring Recruitment Officers maintain proper coordination with their respective offices.
- Holding Recruitment Officers accountable for assigned job orders.
- Training and mentoring Recruitment Officers to improve recruitment performance.
- Ensuring that Recruitment Officers maintain regular communication with branch recruiters and sourcing teams.

C. Pan-India Office CoordinationThe Recruitment Manager will oversee recruitment operations conducted through Continentals offices and recruitment network throughout India.The Manager shall:
- Ensure that all offices are actively engaged with current job orders.
- Distribute requirements according to the candidate availability of different regions.
- Coordinate recruitment activities between offices.
- Encourage sharing of candidate databases and recruitment resources between offices.
- Ensure uniform recruitment procedures across all locations.
- Monitor the performance of individual offices in relation to recruitment.
- Identify high-performing and under-performing offices.
- Take corrective action where recruitment targets are not being achieved.
