Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in international customer service/technical support preferred.
- Ability to handle escalations and difficult customer interactions.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and night shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
