Job OverviewWe are looking for Voice Data Associates to participate in a remote audio recording project focused on creating high-quality conversational voice data for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) scenarios.Selected participants will record natural conversations with a recording partner based on provided scripts. The conversations should sound realistic, fluent, and conversational rather than read aloud.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in 7–8 minute audio conversations with a recording partner.Follow provided conversation scripts while maintaining a natural speaking style.Record remotely using Riverside from your own location and device.Ensure transparent speech, smooth turn-taking, and minimal background noise.Follow the provided recording and audio-quality guidelines.Review recordings before submission and re-record if quality requirements are not met.Submit recordings in the required format and naming convention.Maintain confidentiality of all project-related scripts and recordings.RequirementsFluency in the assigned language.Clear pronunciation and natural speaking ability.Comfortable speaking in conversational/code-mixed language where required.Own smartphone/laptop/desktop suitable for recording.Wired headphones or earphone with microphone.Stable internet connection.Quiet recording environment with minimal background noise.Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned recordings on time.ImportantBoth participants must join remotely from separate locations and separate devices.Real personal, account, card, or customer information must not be used during recordings.All recordings and project materials are confidential and must not be shared publicly or on social media.Who can apply Individuals with good communication skills and a transparent, natural speaking style who are comfortable participating in structured conversational audio recordings.Note: This is a project-based contractual opportunity and does not require prior experience in the BFSI industry or professional voice recording, unless specifically required for a particular language/task allocation.
