The associate plays a critical role in delivering high-quality managed services support, enhancements, and continuous improvements across Oracle HCM Compensation and Advantages processes.Compensation Management:End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Compensation module.Configure:Compensation plans, salary components, bonus structures, and incentive plansEligibility profiles, approval workflows, and compensation cyclesSupport compensation cycles:Merit increasesBonus payoutsPromotion and adjustment processesManage and configure:Compensation worksheets and budgetsGuidelines and validation rulesCollaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate compensation strategies into system configurations.Ensure alignment with organizational compensation policies and market benchmarks.Ability to understand U.S.
